Services Provided In California
You don't have to choose between honoring your family and honoring yourself.
I help adult children of immigrants, adolescents (13+), adults, older adults, and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, identity, relationship challenges, and life transitions through culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy throughout California.
Individual Therapy
This is a space to better understand the emotions, pressures, and patterns that may be shaping your daily life and relationships. Together, we work toward greater clarity, emotional balance, self-trust, and connection.
Couples Therapy
Relationships are shaped by family, culture, communication styles, and lived experiences. Couples therapy helps you navigate these influences, manage conflict, and strengthen communication and trust.
How We Work Together
This isn’t about changing who you are, pulling you away from your background, or asking you to fit into a certain idea of what therapy should look like.
It’s about understanding what you’ve been carrying and how it’s shaped your emotions, patterns, and stress responses over time.
We slow things down and make space for the expectations, cultural messages, stereotypes, and assumptions you may be navigating internally and externally.
We do it in a way that respects your lived experience, values, and relationship with your culture, not just what’s visible on the surface.
The Process
-
Schedule a consult call, or reach out via the contact form on the contact page.
-
We’ll have an intake session in which I learn your background, and explore what’s not working, and learn your goals.
-
Therapy becomes a weekly or bi-weekly routine for you, serving as a supportive and safe space, for as long as it serves you.
